Our coporate culture is oriented towards our clients, our results and the continuous improvement via innovation and new technological advancements, as well as the products that will promote the competitiveness of our organization. The three pillars of our competencies, can be defined by the necessities and the strategic direction of our organization. These are:
Orientation towards our clients: The capacity to focus on their interests and actions to recognize, understand and satisfy the necessities and expectations of our clients.
Orientation towards results: The capacity to establish, understand and share our institutional objectives, strategies and goals, in order to the activities that lead us to our success.

The measurement of our development and performance is a basic condition for our work. Each employee has a quantitative and qualitative estimation of the way he/she carries out the activities, objectives and responsibilities of his/her position in an efficient and positive manner. It is a process of continuous improvement that brings us to consolidate a culture of high realization, which males us better persons and allows the development and formation of better professionals within our organization.
For the Colombian Coffee Grower's Federation five elements are the basis of our model of development and operation:
This model gives us feedback from our clients to identify aspects to improve our service and to take decisions towards our strategy and general management. It also gives feedback to every person involved in a process, so everyone can know specific aspects to improve in order to reach his/her own goals and the Federation goals.
